I have had passion for the ghastly ever since I was a child and I had the privilege of going on Disney's Haunted Mansion ride. I was obsessed. My affinity for special effects stemmed from the same space, I had the urge to know how the imagineers created all these amazing illusions and haunting animatronics. My love for the obscure continued, as while my father was sick he introduced me to many classic horror films; Vampire Circus, Parasite, Anaconda, and Aliens.

When I was a bright young adult, first moving back to Canada from Oz, my love for the macabre expanded and I went all out buying every horror film i could get my grubby hands on. While I wanted to work in special effects, I had some strain from my grandpapa to go into the sciences. After studying anthropology/archaeology, working in engineering I finally came back full circle to my love for SFX during my studies at Sheridan College, in their makeup and mixed media program. Here are some of my highlights.
